These Terms and Conditions describe your rights and responsibilities and what you can expect from Bronzemoon Outdoors. Please take a few minutes to review these Terms and Conditions. Your use of the Web Site constitutes your agreement to abide and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Web Site.
Bronzemoon Outdoors reserves the right to add to, delete or change these Terms and Conditions from time to time and without notice. By continuing to use the Web Site, you agree to be bound by the changes. We are not obliged to notify you of any changes but we will endeavour to alert you to any significant changes. Nevertheless, you should check our published agreement and policies from time to time to acquaint yourself with the current version.

Placing orders through the Web Site

You must be at least 18 years old to place any orders with Bronzemoon Outdoors. By using the Web Site you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old.
By purchasing any goods through the Web Site, you make an offer to us to purchase the goods you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions. Information contained on the Web Site constitutes an invitation to treat. No information on the Web Site constitutes an offer by us to sell any goods. Bronzemoon Outdoors reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion. We will confirm acceptance of your order when we send you an email confirming payment has been received. If we are unable to process or accept your order and payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone.The mail order sale of knives and other edged tools is legal. However there is a minimum age restriction of 18 years for ownership/purchase of edged tools, as defined in the Offensive Weapons Act 1996 (as follows);any knife, knife blade or razor blade,any axe,any other article which has a blade or which is sharply pointed and which is made or adapted for use for causing injury to the person.However, as a responsible retailer we age verify ALL ACCOUNTS. So for example, if you buy a t-shirt from us, we'll ask you to verifiy your age. This is because the next time you use us, you may want to buy a knife, and because the check has already been done, this will speed your order up.

The name of Bronzemoon Outdoors or any of the above trademarks or logos may not be used without Bronzemoon Outdoors’s specific, written prior permission. The information contained on the Web Site is subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical, technical, or descriptive errors.

Liability

In no event shall Bronzemoon Outdoors or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, Bronzemoon Outdoors 's liability is limited to an amount equal to the purchase price of the relevant good(s).
To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Bronzemoon Outdoors does not accept any liability for:

any damage or injury of any nature caused by the use or misuse of products purchased from Bronzemoon Outdoors; 

errors, mistakes or inaccuracies on the Web Site; 

you acting, or failing to act, on any information contained on or referred to on the Web Site and/or any linked website;

any unauthorised access to or use of our secure servers and/or personal information and/or financial information stored on those servers;

any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Web Site; and/or

any bugs, viruses, trojan horses or other harmful code or communications which may be transmitted to or through the Web Site by any third party.

Returns/Canellation

We are happy to cancel,exchange, refund or provide store credit for items returned to us upto 14 days, the customer should excercise all due care so as not to damage the goods and packaging in any way. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.They should be returned with the original packaging in a  brand new condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and should be via a trackable service for your own security,and packaged in a manner to avoid damage or injury. The customer must contact us first to discuss the return,once the return has been granted a return authorisation (RA) number will be provided and should be used. Please include a copy of your receipt with an explanation for your return and/or the items for which you would like to exchange or have refunded. If an item is faulty and we cannot supply a replacement or repair the goods you will be entitled to a refund or store credit. 

Shipping Times

We endeavor to process and dispatch orders promptly and efficiently. Bronzemoon Outdoors shall not be liable for any failure to deliver or delay in delivery of the goods, or damage to goods delivered, arising from circumstances beyond Bronzemoon Outdoors reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to: delays with any nominated carriers or carrier agents/representatives, delays in customs processing and clearance, delays resulting from industrial strikes/protests/wars/natural disasters.Any dispatch dates given by us are given in good faith. We will not be liable for any failure to meet such estimates. In some cases merchandise may be out of stock, but expected shortly usually with 30 days. We cannot be held responsible for availability of goods from our suppliers.

Backorders

If an item is temporarily out of stock at the time of purchase and is subsequently backordered we reserve the right for up to 30 days to supply the backordered item.
We will accept cancellations for backordered items if you wish to have a store credit or refund instead.We will only cancel backordered items if the customer has contacted Bronzemoon Outdoors prior to purchase and specifying that the item is required in specific timeframe and Bronzemoon Outdoors are unable to supply in the item in the agreed timeframe. In this case the customer will be entitled to a refund or store credit.

Communication from Bronzemoon Outdoors

We reserve the right to email you product alerts and special offers that we believe may be of interest to you. Our communications will contain a clear link to Unsubscribe. Once you have unsubscribed we will remove your name from the communication list and will no longer send you these special offers and alerts, unless you choose to re-subscribe at a later date.

Miscellaneous

These Terms and Conditions are legally binding upon each party hereto and its successors and permitted assigns, and governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. These Terms and Conditions (including all of the policies and other agreements described in these Terms and Conditions, which are hereby incorporated herein by this reference) contain the entire understanding of the parties regarding their subject matter, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings between the parties regarding their subject matter. No failure or delay by Bronzemoon Outdoors in exercising any right, power or privilege under these Terms and Conditions will operate as a waiver thereof, nor will any single or partial exercise of any right, power or privilege preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other such right, power, or privilege. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be void, unlawful or unenforceable then that part will be deemed to be severed from the balance of these Terms and Conditions and the severed part will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
