Q. How do I place an order?

A.

Step 1. Add items you wish to purchase to your cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” Icon which can be found under each item.

Step.2 Click on the “View Cart” icon if you wish to remove or change the quantity of any of the items in your cart.

Step 3. Click on the “Checkout” Icon

Step 4. Fill out all address and email details

Step 5. If you have a discount code you enter this in the coupon code box at the bottom of the page

Step 6. Click “Continue to Next Step” Icon

Step 7. Select Payment method.

If using Bank Transfer - Bank details will be shown on this page. Please use these details to make payment through your bank and then select continue to next step where you can review and complete your order.

If using a Credit Card – Select continue to next step at this stage you will be able to review your order before continuing to Sage Pay’s Secure site to enter your card details. Click the “proceed to sagepay” icon. Complete credit / debit card payment on Sage Pay site. Once payment has been successfully made you will be transferred back to www.bronzemoonoutdoors.co.uk and the order process is complete.

Once your order is complete you will receive an email with log-in details for your user account.

Q. How do you know how old I am? When will you need proof of my age?

A. Anglo Pacific Trading Ltd will not sell a knife or anything with a blade to anyone under the age of 18. We actively check that all customers buying these items are aged over 18 years. One of the sources used for information is the UK Register of Electors http://www.peopletracer.co.uk If we have been unable to confirm your age you will then be contacted by our sales support team and asked to provide us proof of your age by post, email or photo. This may be in the form of a copy of your passport, driving licence or a utility bill. We will then release your order and you will not need to provide this information again as it will be held on file.The mail order sale of knives and other edged tools is legal. However there is a minimum age restriction of 18 years for ownership/purchase of edged tools, as defined in the Offensive Weapons Act 1996 as follows;"any knife, knife blade or razor blade,any axe,any other article which has a blade or which is sharply pointed and which is made or adapted for use for causing injury to the person".

However, as a responsible retailer please be advised we age verify ALL ACCOUNTS. So for example, if you buy a t-shirt from us, we'll ask you to verifiy your age. This is because the next time you use us, you may want to buy a knife, and because the check has already been done, this will speed your order up.

Q. I don't see the item i would like on your website, are you able to get it for me?

A. We are always willing to order special items, if you email us with product name and manufacturers code we will get back to you with price and availability. If you then provide us with your name, delivery address and a telephone number for payment details we will order this item for you and process as normal.

Q. I don't have a bank account – can I pay using Paypal or a Postal Order?

A. Yes, we accept Postal Orders but not Paypal. However we will require proof of age if you are using this method. This is because we will not be able to satisfactorily confirm your age as over eighteen. Proof may be in the form of a copy of your passport, driving licence or a utility bill. Please note that once your age has been confirmed, any future orders will be free of age verification delays.

A. Your privacy is important to us. We will never share or sell any of your information with third parties, period. Additionally, we will not send you unsolicited e-mail, or SPAM.

Q. When I make an online purchase from www.Bronzemoonoutdoors.co.uk is it secure?

A. We use the highest levels of Internet SSL Security from it's website. Also, to protect your privacy, we never give your personal information to anyone - not even your e-mail address.

Q. What is my responsibility and the law regarding Knives.

A. When carrying or using a knife, there are a few simple laws which may apply to you that you should be aware of:- 

You can carry a small folding (non locking) pocket knife with a cutting edge of less than 3” in any place in the UK that doesn’t have specific restrictions against pointed instruments e.g. airports

If you need to use a locking knife for added safety, or a fixed bladed knife then you may be required to give ‘good reason’ for carrying it if asked to do so by a Police Officer. Good reason may include, pursuit of a leisure activity e.g. fishing, camping, hunting, or as a tool of work or trade e.g. joiner, plumber or delivery driver.

Carry and use your knife responsibly. A knife is a tool and an everyday object that should not be used irresponsibly.

Q.What is your dispatch/delivery policy?

A. Orders are always shipped at the first opportunity.Orders at times make take longer to dispatch however we endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible.

The order will be delivered during office hours and will require a signature.Orders to more remote areas are dealt with on an individual basis but all valuable orders are shipped using an insured service. Smaller or less valuable items will be shipped by non insured Royal Mail service.

 

Any dispatch dates given by us are given in good faith. We will not be liable for any failure to meet such estimates. In some cases merchandise may be out of stock, but expected shortly usually with 14 days. We cannot be held responsible for availability of goods from our suppliers.

Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days after dispatch and is FREE on orders over GBP25.00 within the UK.
