Hyundai HY3150 150 Litre Belt Drive 'Pro Series' Air Compressor

Part of the Hyundai 'Pro Series', the HY3150 is a heavy duty workshop air compressor and the largest compressor in terms of tank size and air delivery of all electric models. Designed to be put to work and last the distance in a professional environment, it is the Ideal model for general workshop use, on-site air requirements and effective power for all air-powered tools and equipment. It has a slow running belt drive twin cylinder high pressure pump with cast iron cylinder for longer life expectancy and quieter running.

The HY3150 is a powerful 3hp electric air compressor with a large 150 litre receiver tank. The largest electric air compressor in the Hyundai 'pro' series, it is a solid build belt drive system, with a twin cylinder, cast iron pump model which helps to give lower noise levels and and also extends the life expectancy of the compressor. The benefit of it being electric is that it can be used indoors in minutes from setting it up out of the box, and is designed for working environments such as garages and professional workshops, and indoor use is solely encouraged. A standard feature on all professional Hyundai models, it has a cast iron cylinder block for rugged commercial use.

It has a large British-made 4mm extra thick steel receiver tank, so the quality of the unit is exceptional. The tank's construction meets and  surpasses all current safety requirements, and is built to latest European Standards 09/105 CE, giving the user dependable air delivery every time. The compressor itself has a maximum output of around 14.5cfm, so it will meet almost every need for competent air delivery imaginable.

This Hyundai air compressor has a built in thermal overload protection and shutdown, an automatic pressure sensor on/off switch, drain valve and aerodynamic flywheels for efficient cooling.
