Refund Policy

We are happy to offer 100% Guarantee that if you are dissatisfied with goods you have ordered, we will exchange it or give you a refund.

Please be sure that items you request to be returned to us are in their original condition and packaging,unused, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. The goods must be undamaged and unsoiled. Please let us know the reason of return. The customer must obtain a return authorisation number before returing the goods.

Returns period is 14 days from date of receipt. Any returned goods must be received by us within this time.

Returns are responsibility of the customer, so we highly recommend all goods are returned via traceable means (eg Recorded Delivery). BRONZEMOON will not be held responsible for items that get lost in the post.
For faulty items BRONZEMOON will refund the postage. For non-faulty/unwanted items postage will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you requested a refund, any refund due will be credited back onto the card which was used to pay for the original order. You can be charged up to 10% order value to cover: postage, administration, banking, merchant charges etc. Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on the card statement.
